FAQ

Questions we get most days.

If the answer you need isn't here, call or email us — specification questions are worth a two-minute conversation.

How do I choose a thickness?

Foot traffic and light carts do fine on 1/8" to 3/8" stock. Machine shops and forklift lanes want 1/2" to 3/4". Dropped weights and heavy impact call for 3/4" or more.

Which compound should I order?

SBR for general industrial wear, nitrile where oil or cutting fluid is present, natural rubber blends for wet-area traction, and bound recycled crumb for impact absorption in gyms and workshops.

Can you cut a mat to my dimensions?

Yes. Send dimensions, thickness, compound and any cut-outs through a quote request. Custom work is priced per run rather than listed on the site.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Quantities of roughly 20 units and up are quoted individually so we can account for freight and production scheduling.

How long until my order ships?

Stocked SKUs typically leave within one to two business days. Custom and die-cut runs are scheduled when the quote is accepted, and we confirm the date in writing.

How do mats arrive?

Smaller mats ship boxed or banded by ground freight. Rolls and large quantities move by pallet or LTL freight, and we call to arrange the delivery window.

Will a new mat lie flat?

Rolled goods hold some curl from shipping. Unroll the mat face up at room temperature and give it 24 to 48 hours before trimming or fastening it down.

How do I clean rubber matting?

Sweep or vacuum loose grit, then wash with water and a mild detergent using a deck brush. Avoid solvents and strong degreasers, which can attack the compound.

Can I return a mat?

Unused stock items in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days under our returns policy. Custom-cut and made-to-order mats are not returnable.
