Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to browsing this site and to every order placed through it.
1. Parties
These terms are between you and Nexorium Labs LLC, 3008 Choctaw Rd, Commerce, TX 75428.
2. Orders
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it by confirming the order or dispatching the goods. We may decline an order, for example where stock, pricing or freight information is incorrect, and will tell you if we do.
3. Product information
Dimensions, thickness, weight and color are nominal and subject to normal rubber manufacturing tolerance. Photographs are representative; surface appearance and color can vary slightly between production batches. We do not claim certifications, ratings or approvals for our products beyond those we state in writing for a specific order.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay. Sales tax shown at checkout is an estimate (currently calculated at 8.25%) and is finalized on your invoice according to the ship-to jurisdiction. Valid resale or exemption certificates must be supplied before invoicing.
5. Payment
Card payments are captured when the order is accepted. Purchase-order and net terms are available only to approved accounts. Overdue balances may carry interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; title passes on payment in full. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns
Stocked goods may be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom and made-to-order mats are not returnable.
8. Limited warranty
We warrant that goods will match the specification confirmed on your order and be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at delivery. Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, chemical attack outside the compound's intended use, and damage from cutting or fastening are not covered. Our sole obligation is, at our option, replacement, re-manufacture, or refund of the affected goods.
9. Suitability and safety
You are responsible for selecting a product suited to your floor, traffic and conditions, and for installing and maintaining it safely. Read our product use and safety information before installation. Ask us before ordering if your project must meet a specific standard.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit or downtime. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights where they apply.
11. Intellectual property
Site content, product photography and the Nexorium Labs name belong to us. Artwork you send for custom mats remains yours; by sending it you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts serving Hunt County, Texas have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer protections available where you live.
