Shipping & Delivery
Rubber matting is heavy freight. Here's how we pack it, what it costs and what to check when it arrives.
Processing time
Stocked items are usually picked and dispatched within one to two business days of payment clearing. Custom and die-cut runs are scheduled after a quote is accepted, and we confirm the production date in writing.
Methods and charges
- Ground freight — 5–7 business days, from $24.50 per shipment.
- Expedited freight — 2–3 business days, from $64.00 per shipment.
- Pallet / LTL — Scheduled delivery appointment, from $149.00 per shipment.
Charges shown at checkout are calculated for the ship-to address you enter. Oversized rolls, multiple pallets, liftgate service, residential delivery and inside delivery can add cost; if the freight quote changes materially we contact you before shipping rather than billing the difference silently.
Delivery areas
We ship within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or export freight, request a quote and we will price the lane before you order.
Receiving your shipment
- Count the pieces against the delivery paperwork before you sign.
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Keep the packaging until you have inspected the goods.
Damaged or missing freight
Report shortages or damage to us within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and product. We will file the freight claim and arrange replacement or credit.
